We are an informal group providing information, support and awareness for those with:

Fibromyalgia

Long Covid 

We share ideas, information and provide a space to talk to others who are experiencing the same symptoms. 

If your condition causes you to feel isolated then join our group come and chat over tea/coffee and biscuits. You are invited to bring any family, friends or carers with you.
